Senior Executive Production
A short introduction
The Selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing designated manufacturing areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include executing quarterly and monthly production plans, maintaining quality compliance within the production department, and driving production operations by leading and mentoring junior staff while fostering effective cross-functional team collaboration, continuously improving productivity and efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or food production industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-leading role.
- Sound knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality assurance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams to achieve production and quality targets.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, Lean practices).
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to operational requirements.
